In this game it is done a little differently, it does not mean that you can go out completely naked and walk like that. When you choose the exhibitionist perk, you can immediately dress more vulgarly and also not wear any underwear at all, later if you don't wear underwear long enough you get a new perk "comando" which doesn't allow you to wear underwear (if I remember correctly) .
you can't be naked going on the bus, if you're just in a location exploring you can be as naked as you want to be.
you actually can wear underwear now (you had all your underwear confiscated when you got that perk in previous versions), but its more of a "if you want to" if you're trying to seem sexy in certain outfits ig?

You need to read the plot of the game more carefully. When you choose the past in which you were a man, you don't have any perk options, if you choose the past of a woman, you can choose the perk you like best, this will be your main perk, and during the game there will be others depending on how you play . Pregnancy in the game is random, but all kinds of factors affect it, such as a woman's cycle that changes, ejaculation inside or outside, magic pills that will help you not get pregnant. About dance girls storyline and pregnancy. I think, It can only be a block storyline when any of the girls are in the final stages of pregnancy and let them dance in the earlier stages of pregnancy. I think it is also necessary to rewrite the dialogue where Svetlana scolds Sammy for getting pregnant. It looks ridicuosly when Svetlana is pregnant.
I hope it will be ready in the next public release. My opinion that Sam_Tail should Lick into shape the existing content and events first of all. In some locations he cannot create backgrounds more than a year.
OR may be let them dance in all stages of pregnancy (in screen example from reality). But Sammy should be able supoort not bad fitness form (at least 40). Also need new dance arts. And may be Svetlana should to talk Sammy that she should to support nornal fitness during pregnancy for to not kick out from the dance troupe. I would also like to see more dialogues and comments on the pregnancy of members of the dance troupe, including from other students of school. And need new arts and dialogs of pregnancy dance.

Unless Sam_Tail decided to quietly abandon the website within the last 48 days, they most likely just work on the next bigger update and give their patreons the smaller updates to try out the new things first and allow them to give feedback / have an influence on the game, they support with regular payments.

Desire depends on perks, if you have a lot of perks of a sexual nature, then the desire will be bigger and grow faster.
How the room with a bed works? Till now my character just stills there without doing anything and without options to do anything
I can't download the game via the Itch client on Windows.
