The table behind your link shows just one alert ... all other scanners did not find any malware ... I am 99 % sure ... it is a false positive ...
I googled Jiangmin ... seems the scanner is overly sensitive every now and then ...
If you are still unsure ... redownload the file from here, their discord or F95zone ... and scan again ...
And make sure you didn't download from the comments section. Lot of scammers posting virus links recently.
