How do you raise confidence? Being in a good mood doesn't help. It feels like it's capped around 30, I can only level through exercises by 1 and lose 2-4 with each negative interaction (bullies or strange woman in the park). It's especially annoying when I lose 60 mood because of that shithead in the school

I've been using default outfits. Even diary says they're fairly modest. Perhaps high fitness didn't help. But I can't think of any other reason

You can read "the road to v3.0 progress report pt3". At the end the developer says they hope to have it in the first half of November.
Although I wouldn't be surprised if they had to push it back to late November or early December. This is a BIG update.

No. I decided to cut the Haven hairstyle for normal gameplay as it takes too long to draw for all the CG scenes. So for now it is limited to Haven.

In the current build you can go to the doctor once he is unlocked. In the upcoming update you will have a hair dye in your wardrobe.
Confidence is easiest increased by keeping Sammy happy.
Currently no. In the next build it will be tied to events.
